Shipxpeed is a shipping platform for Indian e-commerce sellers. It brings courier comparison, shipment booking, labels, tracking, NDR and RTO handling, and COD visibility into one seller panel.
Instead of opening separate accounts with each courier, you ship through one platform that is connected to several courier networks. For each order you see the services that can deliver to that pincode, their price and estimated delivery time, and you book the one that suits you. Tracking, billing and post-delivery work then happen in the same place.
Shipxpeed works with courier networks including Delhivery, Ekart, Amazon Shipping, Xpressbees and Blue Dart.
The couriers and services available for an order depend on its pickup and delivery pincodes, weight and payment mode. You see the available options with their rates in the seller panel when you create a shipment.
Rates depend on the chargeable weight (the higher of actual weight and volumetric weight, L×B×H in cm ÷ 5000), the zone between the pickup and delivery pincodes, the payment mode and the service. You can try the sample calculator on this site; your actual rates are shown in the rate calculator inside the seller panel after you sign up.
Shopify integration status: In development. Until it is live, you can upload Shopify order exports by CSV or create orders manually. More about Shopify shipping.
Yes. The seller panel accepts a CSV file of orders using the template provided there, so you can create many shipments at once.
Every shipment has a timeline in the seller panel. Anyone can also track a parcel by AWB number using the tracking box on this site, which opens the Shipxpeed tracking page.
Yes. You can ship cash-on-delivery orders where the courier service supports COD, and follow expected, collected and remitted COD amounts in the panel. COD charges and the remittance cycle are listed in your rate card.
When a delivery attempt fails, the shipment appears in the NDR section with the courier's reason. From there you can request a reattempt, update the customer's address or phone where the courier allows it, or let the shipment return. Shipments that return to origin are tracked in the RTO view with their return charges.
International shipping status: Via sales team. Our international team arranges cross-border shipments and confirms services, documents, duties and transit time for each destination. Contact the team with your shipment details.
Shipping charges are deducted from a prepaid wallet in the seller panel. Log in, open the wallet section, enter an amount and pay using the payment options shown there. The minimum recharge and any offers are shown in the panel.
Create a seller account, complete KYC verification, add your pickup address and recharge your wallet. You can then create your first order and compare couriers. If you ship large volumes, talk to our team about a custom rate card.
